PCC's Multimedia Center now offers professional training in Digital Video Production!
Students begin with an introduction to digital video production with a focus on the fundamentals of project planning, basic camera functions, shooting techniques, lighting principals and audio recording fundamentals. Don’t hesitate to register for multimedia classes early. Classes tend to fill up quickly! Students can register online via “MyPCC” at www.pcc.edu or stop by the registration office at any campus beginning Friday, May 8th. A list of the multimedia classes offered this summer term can be found on this web site by clicking on the “Class Schedule” link above.
For beginning multimedia students this summer term at Cascade campus, MM 110: Introduction to Multimedia begins on Friday, June 26th at 3pm and continues the following Saturday, June 27th at 9am in MAHB 104. If you are not registered for a multimedia class and would like to attend, please show up on the first day of class and talk to the instructor about getting officially registered. The multimedia program is designed to provide individuals with the entry-level skills and experience needed for employment in a wide variety of professional opportunities. We offer more than 25 courses in multimedia training, an Associate of Applied Science degree in Multimedia as well as a one-year Multimedia certificate and Video Production certificate.
